C5S is intentionally small, allowing us to give each project the attention it deserves. We are a partnership of diverse strengths, with each partner bringing special skills to our common commitment to design excellence.

We employ a strategic project delivery process that integrates the talents and insights of all project team members (e.g. consultants and constructors) early in the design. This increases value to the owner, reduces waste, and maximizes efficiency. Cost management is practiced throughout. Working with limited budgets and employing selective critical interventions, we have oftentime transformed underperforming areas to dynamic, engaging, satisfying spaces.
