EVO is located at the intersection of Fore and Union Streets in the Hyatt Place Old Port Hotel building. The space includes two levels – a ground level with 1,150 Sq. Ft. and a 450 Sq. Ft. mezzanine area located directly over the kitchen and bar service areas. The perimeter ground-floor seating engages the energetic geometry of the corner glass curtain-wall and provides the ideal vantage point for people watching and enjoyment of the vibrant Portland street life. The mezzanine level affords more traditional table seating arrangements. The open kitchen concept allows patrons to view food and drink preparation as it unfolds. Rich colors, dramatic lighting and material textures reflect the cuisine and enhance the interior ambiance.
