Rhum Tiki Bar and Restaurant

Rhum is an unusual bar and restaurant located in the basement of a historic building on Free Street in Portland. The space was previously used for storage and presented several challenges, including accessible access, egress and tight structural conditions. The client’s goal was to create a 21st century homage to Tiki bar esthetic featuring highly crafted rum cocktails and epicurean Tiki cuisine.

Canal 5 Studio used 3D modelling software to integrate planning, design and kitchen equipment and facilitate permitting. The result is intoxicating.
