Wharf Street Competition

Canal 5 Studio had the pleasure of participating in a competition for the master plan of a redevelopment to take place on Wharf Street, put on by U.S. Real Estate Advisors, Inc.

Our vision for the rebirth Wharf Street weaves new construction with historic renovation to create a diverse and dynamic urban environment.

All of the building interventions proposed share the goal of creating vibrant mixed-use buildings that afford quality retail establishments (we mean retail in the broader sense of shops, restaurants and bar/ entertainment venues) at Wharf and Fore Street levels and high quality residential units (condos and/or apartments) on upper floors.
